C.K. Park
President & CEO
C.K. Park has served as President & CEO of Nationwide IT Services, Inc. (NIS) since its founding in 2006. He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate start-ups, strategy, organizational design and development, operations, financial management, and all aspects of the project management life cycle. C.K. is a veteran with over 22 years of service in the U.S. Army, serving in diverse leadership positions across the globe. He has vast practical knowledge in HR systems and has worked for large system integration and global consulting firms, supporting both commercial and government customers.
C.K. holds an MS in Administration with a concentration in HR from Central Michigan University and a BS in Management from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 Practitioner, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
He has been featured in CIO Magazine, CEO/CFO Newsletters, and has also been interviewed by Executive Leadership Radio.

Scott Rempel

Scott Rempel is an experienced and accomplished executive with over 30 years in delivering technical solutions. For the past 20 years, he has worked with clients across the Federal Government, including the Department of Interior, the Department of Labor, the Department of the Treasury, the Department for Homeland Security, the General Services Administration, the Office of Personnel Management, and the Executive Office of the President. Scott’s experience includes program management, solutions architecture, cost-benefit analysis, agile delivery, installation & training, operations management & automation, and partner relationship management.
Scott holds bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management, along with a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology Systems. He is a certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Eun Hee Lee

Eun Hee Lee

Eun Hee Lee joined NIS in October 2014. She brings over 30 years of experience supporting clients with their tax planning, financial integrity, advising and supporting a large number of small to mid-sized business owners on their accounting, payroll, and tax services. Eun Hee is an expert in establishing accounting functions, systems, and best practices; cost-reduction, automation, and tax strategies; and building lasting business relationships to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance. Her expertise includes assisting corporate leadership in developing strategies for achieving financial results. She has served in various roles within NIS, from Corporate Secretary, and Controller to Treasurer, and has been instrumental in NIS achieving multiple successful DCAA audits.
Eun Hee has a BS in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Michelle Le

Michelle Le joined NIS in September 2020. She brings 20 years of professional knowledge in Finance, Audit, and Accounting. She specializes in accounting and payroll system integration and is an expert with the Unanet ERP. She excels at developing and implementing policies and controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, DFAR, SCA, ICE submissions, and various other government regulations. She is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions as well as providing support to all operating & non-operating departments.
Michelle holds a BS degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a MS in Accounting Information Systems from Strayer University.

Susanna Thornton
Director, Contracts

Susanna Thornton
Director, Contracts
Susanna Thornton joined NIS in August 2023. She brings over 20 years of professional experience in federal government contracting in the IT industry for a variety of large and small businesses. Susanna has expertise in full lifecycle contract management in support of both Department of Defense and civilian agency contracts and is well-versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR). She has experience managing multi-million dollar GWAC and IDIQ contracts. Susanna’s responsibilities include proposal preparation and subcontract management, as well as supporting general procurement and compliance activities.
Susanna holds a BS degree in Economics from George Mason University and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.

Janice Raleigh

Janice Raleigh joined NIS in June 2022 as Director of Human Resources. She brings over 30 years of Human Resources experience in both government contracting and public technology companies. Janice’s capabilities include strategic planning, benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS/ATS use and implementation, metrics, employee development and employee relations, compensation, and compliance. She is also knowledgeable in areas of payroll, policy and procedure creation, and compliance.
Janice holds a BS degree in Organizational Management from National Louis University and maintains certifications as both a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has been an active member of The Society for Human Resources Management for over 30 years.

Mark Micke
Director, Program Operations

Mark Micke
Director, Program Operations
Mark Micke joined NIS in March 2024. He brings over 35 years of civilian management and military leadership, leading formations small and large. He led organizational change initiatives that created the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Space Command, changed how the U.S. Marine Corps globally secures, operates, and defends its network, and helped reorganize the Marine Corps for future operations and conflict. He is a veteran, having served 35 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve and U.S. Marine Corps.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, a master’s degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the U.S. Air Force Command and Staff College, is a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College, and was a National Security Affairs Fellow at the Hoover Institution, located on the campus of Stanford University.

Alphonso "Al" Ross

Alphonso "Al" Ross
Director, Program Operations
Alphonso Ross joined NIS in May 2019. He brings over 40 years of combined military senior leadership and management positions in support of the U.S. military in tactical and strategic wideband satellite communications, telecommunications, information systems, and security program management. He is a veteran, having served 22 years in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He oversees all Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) programs for NIS.
Al holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University and a master's degree in Human Services Management from Boston University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Brenda Friess
Director, Program Operations

Brenda Friess
Director, Program Operations
Brenda Friess joined NIS in 2024, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in IT and solution delivery across both government and private sectors. Over the past two decades, Brenda has specialized in serving Federal Government clients, with a particular focus on the Department of Defense. Her expertise includes understanding her clients' business challenges, developing practical strategies, and overseeing the implementation of solutions across diverse technical landscapes. Brenda excels in program management, partner collaboration, agile methodologies, automation (including robotic process automation), risk analysis and mitigation, and personnel management.
Brenda holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds certifications as a CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) and a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).

Chris Jensen

Chris Jensen

Chris Jensen joined NIS in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience working within the DoD in a variety of leadership roles; including Military Planner, Training Manager, and Senior Military Analyst. His areas of interest and expertise include strategic planning, compliance, gap analysis and mitigation, and knowledge management. Chris is a U.S. Army veteran and resident Command and General Staff College (CGSC) graduate.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in social theory with a concentration in Criminal Justice from SUNY Empire State College. He maintains certificates in business development as well as emergency management response and is an active member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
