In 2006, our company was founded with a clear mission: to not only deliver exceptional services to our clients but with the mission of serving our nation, taxpayers, and citizens while prioritizing the well-being and growth of our employees. From day one, we believed that a company succeeds when its people thrive.

During the economic downturn of 2008, while many companies were cutting back, we doubled down on our commitment to our employees. We implemented innovative training programs, expanded healthcare benefits, and introduced flexible work arrangements to support our team through uncertain times.

As we grew, expanding our client base, we never lost sight of our core values. We celebrated numerous milestones: achieving industry accolades, growing our employee base, and deepening our community engagement. Our History

Founded in 2006 with a singular focus on adding value for our customers by focusing on delivery of services through industry best practices, quality metrics, and employee development. We wanted to be a different company, one that all of our employees could be proud of, where all of our employees and customers wanted to associate with and become trusted partners. Our focus and approach have resulted in steady growth over the last 18 years, earning exceptional performance evaluations, repeat customers, and lasting relationships with our employees, partners, and customers. We have been supporting some of our customers for over 10 years, with over 98% retention rates in each of the last three years. To continue our mission and achieve our vision, we invest heavily in our employees’ training and professional development, providing maximum opportunities for growth. To serve our customers with the latest technologies, processes, and solutions, NIS has launched an Open-Source Practice, an Innovation Center, R&D, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Graph Database, as well as Data Analytics.
