OASIS 8a

OASIS Small Business (SB) 8(a) Pool 1 is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.

This contract:

• Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
• Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level

Federal agencies may have a need to procure a wide range of services/service requirements while also having the flexibility of multiple contract types and pricing, at the task order level. This contract shall reduce contract proliferation and duplication across government. OASIS combines professional and IT services into one package with the goal of eliminating duplication of contracts.

For task orders placed under OASIS SB 8(a) Pool 1, professional services may be defined as those categories of services provided under one or more of the following Core Disciplines:

• Program Management Services
• Management Consulting Services
• Scientific Services
• Engineering Services
• Logistics Services
• Financial Management Services

• Commercial and non-commercial services
• CONUS and OCONUS requirements
• Classified and unclassified services
• Ancillary Support necessary to deliver a total solution, such as:
  • Labor
  • Materials
  • ODCs
  • Hybrid of any of the above
